Please read these Terms of Service ("Terms") carefully before using the Aleefi mobile application or website (aleefi.co) operated by Pet Line Wholesale and Retail Trading Company ("we", "us", or "our"). By accessing or using Aleefi, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.
1. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old to create an account and use Aleefi's services. By using the app, you represent and warrant that you meet this age requirement and that you have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement.
2. Account Registration
To access most features of Aleefi, you must register an account. You agree to:
- Provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration.
- Keep your account credentials confidential and not share them with anyone.
- Notify us immediately of any unauthorized access to your account.
- Be responsible for all activity occurring under your account.
We reserve the right to terminate accounts that are found to contain false or misleading information.
3. Services Offered
Aleefi provides a platform connecting users with the following services:
- Pet Food & Supplies Marketplace: Purchase products from third-party vendors via our platform.
- Grooming Services: Book certified mobile groomers for at-home pet grooming sessions.
- Pet Mating Directory: Connect with other verified pet owners for responsible breeding purposes.
- Pet Adoption Listings: Browse and inquire about adoptable pets from shelters and verified breeders.
- Expert Support Chat: Access pet care guidance from trained support agents.
Aleefi acts as a facilitating platform. We are not directly responsible for the quality, safety, or legality of third-party goods or services listed on the platform, though we apply rigorous vetting standards to our partners.
4. User Conduct
You agree not to use Aleefi to:
- Post false, misleading, or fraudulent listings or information.
- Engage in any activity that harms, abuses, or exploits animals.
- Harass, threaten, or harm other users or service providers.
- Violate any applicable Kuwaiti law or regulation.
- Attempt to reverse-engineer, copy, or interfere with the platform's code or systems.
- Use the platform for any unauthorized commercial purpose.
We reserve the right to suspend or permanently ban any user who violates these conduct rules.
5. Payments and Refunds
All payments are processed securely through certified third-party payment gateways. Prices are listed in Kuwaiti Dinar (KWD). Refund eligibility depends on the nature of the service or product:
- Marketplace Products: Eligible for return within 7 days if received damaged or incorrect. Contact support to initiate a return.
- Grooming Services: Cancellations made more than 24 hours before a booking receive a full refund. Late cancellations may be subject to a fee.
- Adoption & Mating: Fees related to these services are non-refundable once a match or introduction has been facilitated.
6. Intellectual Property
All content on the Aleefi platform — including the app design, logo, graphics, text, and code — is the property of Pet Line Wholesale and Retail Trading Company and is protected by copyright and trademark laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without our express written permission.
7. Disclaimers and Limitation of Liability
Aleefi's services are provided "as is" and "as available." We make no warranties, expressed or implied, regarding the accuracy, reliability, or availability of the platform. To the fullest extent permitted by Kuwaiti law, we shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of our services, including but not limited to loss of data, loss of revenue, or harm resulting from third-party services accessed through our platform.
8. Third-Party Services
Aleefi integrates with third-party services including payment processors, map providers, and analytics tools. Your use of these services may be subject to their own terms and privacy policies. We are not responsible for the practices or content of third-party services.
9. Termination
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to Aleefi at our sole discretion, without prior notice, if you violate these Terms or engage in conduct harmful to users, service providers, or the platform. You may also delete your account at any time by contacting support@aleefi.co.
10. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Kuwait. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Kuwait City, Kuwait.
11. Changes to These Terms
We may revise these Terms at any time. When we make material changes, we will notify you via email or an in-app notification and update the "Last updated" date. Continued use of Aleefi after changes take effect constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
