You can cancel or reschedule any grooming booking directly from the "My Bookings" section within the Aleefi app, up to 24 hours before your appointment for a full refund. For last-minute changes, please contact our support team by phone or email.

If your order arrived damaged, incorrect, or not as described, you may request a return within 7 days of delivery. Email us at info@aleefi.co with your order number and photos of the issue and we will arrange a pickup and full refund.

You can request account deletion at any time by emailing info@aleefi.co with the subject line "Account Deletion Request." We will process your request and confirm deletion within 30 days. All associated personal data will be permanently removed from our systems, in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

Yes. All groomers and service providers on Aleefi undergo a vetting process that includes identity verification, certification checks, and an onboarding review. Marketplace sellers must agree to our vendor terms before listing any products. We continually monitor for quality and compliance.
